Ragnar Lodbrok

Travis Fimmel is an Australian actor. He is known for his role as Ragnar Lothbrok in the History Channel series Vikings.
Highpoly of the bust was sculpted in ZBrush by our Lead character artist Nikolay Gavrilyuk. All hair was made in Maya with Xgen tool. And then was exported to ZBrush for the renders. Some color corrections and blur with using Depth of Field mask was made in Photoshop. Next step is to make photorealistic texturing.
In near time we plan to make an interesting article on ZBrush Central about creating this character. Also we want to tell people about pros and cons of the Xgen. It will be a really useful article. Stay tuned.
